CES trains men's and women's soccer players who want to get an edge on the competition.

Lateral movement and change of direction are key components to the training, along with explosive reaction speed and power. Soccer players go through a range of drills that focus on resistance, overspeed and reaction movements.

Haley Holderfield, collegiate soccer star from Georgia State University trains at CES in this feature video.
Kylie Bivens“I’ve played soccer for 20 years...at Santa Clara University, then professionally for the Atlanta Beat for three seasons. Now I play for the National team. Out of those 20 years, I’ve had very minimal exposure to this type of training. Not only does CES help me become a better athlete, but also a better soccer player. Since I’ve been training with them, I’ve improved my fitness, my strength, my agility, and my lateral movement. I really think this would be a great idea for kids to start training at a young age.”
