Nobody has trained more world-class talent than CES. Competitive Edge Sports has a proprietary training system
that has been developed and tested over the past 20 years. More than 1000 pro athletes have used this system,
and now it is available to players of all ages from Elementary School to High School, and on to the PROs.
The CES Proprietary system has produced NFL MVPs, NBA All-Stars, MLB Batting Champions, ATP
and PGA Tour Professionals, NHL and MLS stars alike. And the CES system is sport-specific, position-specific and movement specific training that focuses on your exact sport. The system uses resistance, over-speed, and
reaction drills in ways that do not impede the natural mechanics of your movement.
We strive to not only develop the complete athlete,
but we work with young athletes to develop High Character and Sportsmanship!!
