This is the total package that will cover all of your training needs. With the combination of our movement specific speed and agility training AND our Olympic based strength program, we can prepare any athlete for any sport.

CES Speed and Agility Performance

We use state of the art methods and equipment to increase acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction in 360* of movement. Based on Russian training principals and years of experience, our speed and agility program is guaranteed to make you faster, more explosive and flexible, and an overall better athlete.

CES Strength Training

Designed to maximize results - explosive training in the weight room means explosive play on the field. Utilizing olympic and ground-based methods (olympic lifts, power clean and snatch, and their accessory lifts to maximize explosive strength), we customize strength workouts for each athlete.

CES Youth Performance (Ages 7 to 12)

CES Youth Performance training is designed for youth athlete’s ages 7 to 12 years old. This program is a fun, sports-specific way to improve coordination, conditioning, and speed in their sport. We use state of the art methods and equipment to increase acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction in 360* of movement.

CES Boot Camp

Unlike any other boot camp program in the world - men, women, young, old, it does not matter… our boot camp is for you. Your strength, flexibility, endurance, energy, agility, quickness, and mental toughness will all be increased. We incorporate a variety of different body weight exercises, calisthenics, military training drills, yoga, Pilates, speed and agility drills, and stretches to give you the workout of a lifetime.

Mixed Martial Arts / Wrestling Performance
Wrestling, mixed martial arts, and other combative sports require extreme endurance, strength, and explosiveness. Our class focuses on these components of the combative sports to better prepare you for competition. Tripp, our head instructor for this class has a purple belt in brazilian Jiu-jitsu under Renzo Gracie and many years experience training for and competing in Jiu-Jitsu and mixed grappling competitions as well as preparing other athletes to do the same.
