CES Express
The unprecedented results the CES System achieves are well-known in professional circles – we believe that more professional athletes have trained in the CES system than any other sports performance system available, anywhere. CES athletes come from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, ATP and PGA. In fact, at any given time, as many as a quarter of active players in the NFL have trained at CES.

Trained over 1,000 professional athletes in every sport

On average, when a CES amateur athletes transitions from the NCAA to a Professional League, gains in strength, speed and lean muscle mass of 20-35% are common after a 10 week intense training period. Among elite junior athletes, the gains can be even more dramatic. The proprietary CES System is specifically designed to maximize results during a typical “off-season” time period. However at the junior levels, these periods tend to be much longer…yielding more impressive gains.

Representative NFL Combine Improvements (10 week training period):

  • 40 yard dash: Reduction of 0.2 to 0.3 seconds
  • 225 Bench Reps: Increase of 10 to 15 reps
  • Vertical Jump: Increase of 4 to 6 inches
  • Standing Broad Jump: Increase of 6 to 8 inches
  • Reaction Time: Increase of 0.12 to 0.25 seconds
  • Increase Racquet / club / bat speed: Increase of 6 to 8 mph

Brian Urlacher training in the CES system
"I spent 3 months in Atlanta working with Chip at CES. My weight went from 242 to 262. My forty times went from 4.69 to 4.49. They did wonders for me, but more importantly, they treated me like family... Alright, I’ll say it. When I don’t work out with Chip, I don’t have as good a year. CES is the best."

"I couldn’t have picked anyone better as my personal trainer. Chip’s great at what he does. After a week with him, I felt I was a better athlete. I felt like I could run for days. My forty dropped from 4.4 to 4.27. Chip is absolutely the best!"
