Our Speed and Agility classes are designed to increase an athlete's total performance on the field, court, or diamond. We use state of the art methods and equipment to increase acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction in 360 degrees of movement. Based on Russian training principals and years of experience, our speed and agility program is guaranteed to make you faster, more explosive and flexible, and an overall better athlete.
Performance Lifting
Designed to maximize results - explosive training in the weight room means explosive play on the field. Utilizing olympic and ground-based methods (olympic lifts, power clean and snatch, and their accessory lifts to maximize explosive strength), we customize strength workouts for each athlete. We adhere to sport and position-specific training principals in the weight room by incorporating specific exercises that will enhance performance on the field. By becoming a stronger athlete, the risk for injury is reduced and player longevity is greatly increased.

CES Youth Performance training is designed for youth athlete's ages 7 to 11 years old. This program is a fun, sports-specific way to improve coordination, conditioning, and speed in their sport. We use state of the art methods and equipment to increase acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction in 360 degrees of movement.
KidsTECH
Kids Techniques of Weight Training program! Kids Tech is developed specifically for our young athletes ages 8 to 12. This program was designed to completely educate our youth in proper lifting techniques with extreme attention being focused on safety. The Kids Techniques of Weight Training curriculum will include power lifts, Olympic lifts, and auxiliary lifts for strength training as well as instruction in weight room safety. Kids Tech is a technique based program, not a weight-based program!!
High School Combine Prep
Based on the same techniques/principles invented at CES and used to put over 1000 NFL draftee's through the NFL combine and Pro days for almost 20 years! We teach young athletes how to run a 40 yard dash, short shuttle, and 3 cone drill as well as jump a vertical and broad jump. We'll teach what coaches look for and how to do position work drills to give the young athlete that Competitive Edge!
